Welcome to the 2026 Old Fort Senior League at Old Fort Golf Club—a weekly opportunity for golfers age 55 and over to enjoy great golf, friendly competition, and a fun community on the course.

With several hundred golfers on our roster and full shotgun fields, the Senior League is one of the most active and popular leagues in the area.

Who Can Play?

The Old Fort Senior League is open to:

  • Any golfer age 55 and over

  • Players of all skill levels – from competitive golfers to those just looking to enjoy a weekly round with friends

League play takes place every Wednesday, all year long, with an 8:00 AM shotgun start (weather and course conditions permitting).

How Weekly Play Works

  • Day: Wednesdays

  • Start Time: 8:00 AM shotgun

  • Field Size: First 72 players to sign up each week

  • Format: Weekly Senior League game (details sent in the signup email)

We have several hundred golfers on the league roster, so early sign-up is important to secure your spot each week.

Weekly Sign-Up & Pairings

  • Sign-Up Emails:

    • Sent Fridays at 8:00 AM

    • The first 72 players to respond are entered into the field for that week

  • Pairings & Starting Holes:

    • Emailed out on Tuesday afternoon

This system keeps things organized and ensures everyone knows their group and starting hole before arriving on Wednesday morning.

2026 Senior League Membership

Beginning in 2026, the Senior League will have a $60 annual membership fee.

Your membership includes:

  • ✅ Senior League Email List

    • You’ll receive all weekly sign-ups, pairings, results, and league updates.

  • ✅ FREEquent Player Program – $15 value

    • Earn points on qualifying golf purchases and redeem them for free golf and savings throughout the year.

  • ✅ USGA / GHIN Handicap – $35 value

    • A verified handicap for use in league games and other events.

This membership structure simplifies sign-ups and scoring and ensures all Senior League players are set up the same way for points, quotas, and handicaps.

Senior League membership applications can be completed in person at the Old Fort Golf Shop.


You may join the league at any point during 2026, and once enrolled, you’ll begin receiving weekly signup emails and league communications.

 

The first Senior League game day of 2026 will be Wednesday, January 21st, with an 8:00 AM shotgun start.
